Radosveta Vassileva Headed the Supervisory Board of Victoria Commercial Bank EAD![]() Tzvetan Vassilev’s Daughter — Radosveta Vassileva Headed the Supervisory Board of Victoria Commercial Bank EAD Radosveta Vassileva, daughter of Tzvetan Vassilev — Chairman of Corporate Commercial Bank AD’s Supervisory Board — is the new Chair of the Supervisory Board of Victoria Commercial Bank EAD (formerly Crédit Agricole Bulgaria EAD).
Radosveta Vassileva is a lawyer specializing in international contract and corporate law who has experience in investment management. She is currently Legal Advisor at Bromak EOOD (majority shareholder of Corporate Commercial Bank AD) and Chair of Sunlight Air EAD’s Supervisory Board. She graduated from the American College in Sofia after which she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Tufts University in Boston. Radosveta Vassileva holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Law from the Sorbonne (Université de Paris I Sorbonne-Panthéon), as well as a Master’s Degree in Economic Law from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences-Po Paris). She is fluent in English, Russian, and French.
On 12th June, 2014 Corporate Commercial Bank AD officially acquired 100 percent of the voting shares of Crédit Agricole Bulgaria EAD, held an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and renamed the financial institution to Victoria Commercial Bank EAD.
The General Meeting dismissed and discharged the former members of the Supervisory Board and appointed new supervisors: Orlin Rusev — Chair of Corporate Commercial Bank AD’s Management Board, Abdul Salam Mohamed Abdullah Al Murshidi — member of Corporate Commercial Bank AD’s Supervisory Board, and Radosveta Vassileva — Legal Advisor at Bromak EOOD (majority shareholder of Corporate Commercial Bank AD). At the subsequent meeting of the Supervisory Board Radosveta Vassileva was elected its Chair.
